First Week of Fall Tour – DONE!
Hello to all!
So we just ended our first week of fall tour, and boy was it a good one! We started out in Texas with some tour rehearsals, and then played the first show at the church we rehearsed in. It was a great kick off. Then we headed to Tulsa to a cool venue called Venue 68, and once again we were not disappointed by all of you that came out. And what a cool venue on top of it!
Third stop was Davenport, Iowa at the Capitol Theater. As I understand, it was the first Christian event ever held at the theater! It is such a beautiful place with all the old paintings and chandeliers. Hope to go back again!
Fourth on the schedule was Riverfront Park in Illinois. Let me tell you, the day opened up with storms and cloudy skies and many times we contemplated having to call off the show. And wouldn’t you know it – just before the night was supposed to start, the sky completely cleared up and we had beautiful weather for the rest of the night! We were so happy so we had a lil fun on the walk to stage.
Those of you that were there were such an amazing crowd, so we had to capture it on video. So take a look and see if you can see yourself in the crowd singing and jumping your heart out!
And to finish up the first weekend, we headed to Waukesha, Wisconsin… Superchick’s home away from home. And as usual, you did not disappoint us! You came out and rocked what you got and were amazing, so of course we had to video you as well.
So thanks so much to everyone who helped make our first week so freaking amazing! Next weekend we are off to Ohio, Michigan, Wiconsin (again, we never get enough of you guys) and Illinois. See you soon!

Ok, so I don’t know where to leave this…
but I wanted to tell you how excited I am that you’re all on tour again.
I have been a superchic[k] fan for awhile now, and I appreciate the message of your music.
So much so, that I have used “Beauty From Pain” in a speedpainting that I have done recently. The like to the video can be found here: http://theartofrandomk.blogspot.com/2009/09/beauty-from-pain-speed-paint.html
Thank you again for inspiring people to find beauty from their pain.
May our Lord Jesus bless you all.

I love your music and will be seeing you in concert for the 3rd time this year this weekend at Power of One. I can’t wait. I’m glad that you keep coming back to Wisconsin.
